We are currently recruiting for dedicated, experienced, and motivated Assemblers to join a busy and fast-paced production team.

The Role:
As an Assembly Operative, you will play a key role in manufacturing finished products to precise specifications and quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling and testing components to create finished products.
- Following detailed instructions, diagrams, and specifications.
- Inspecting parts for defects and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
- Operating hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Preparing completed products for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous assembly experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- The ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently.
- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
- A reliable and positive work ethic.
Working Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:45am – 4:15pm.
- Friday: Early finish.
- Total Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
- Pay Rate: £13.26 per hour.
This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with the potential to secure a permanent contract after 12 successful weeks.
