Multitask Recruitment is seeking experienced Structural Steel Fabricators and MIG Welders to join a busy and well-established client in Clitheroe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate structural steelwork and heavy steel components from engineering drawings.
- Carry out high-quality MIG welding to industry standards.
- Measure, mark out, cut, fit and assemble steelwork accurately.
- Operate fabrication machinery, hand tools and workshop equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and specification requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in structural steel fabrication or heavy engineering.
- Strong MIG welding and fabrication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
